1st Shipley Scouts may not be able to meet in person, however lockdown hasn’t dampened our spirits. A huge virtual camping weekend took place on 30th April 2020, uniting all of our groups online with a weekend of fun activities for all. In fact, the effort broke our records for the largest number of people involved in a co-ordinated virtual overnight camp. From games and crafts to challenges and dressing up, there was lots to keep our children and Scout Leaders smiling. From camping inside the house to setting up tents in the garden, everyone found a way to get involved and make it one to remember.
